Currently, the Extended Reality market for head-mounted displays is divided into two categories, known as Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented/Mixed Reality (AMR), respectively. VR cuts the user off from the real world, adjusting the view from within a game or application to make it like their field of vision. Meanwhile, AMR incorporates the real world into your field of view; placing digital content around you as floating displays, “docked” items, or interactive entities via room scanning.
When we started to develop our ideas for PALADIN, however, we wanted to make a full ecosystem for users.
